HARP Program 2008-2009
Slingerland Street:
HARP funds aided in the complete rehabilitation of a home on Slingerland Street in the South End of Albany. In collaboration with Albany Community Development Agency (ACDA), South End Improvement Corporation (SEIC) was able to help the homeowner with major electrical upgrades, lead abatement put-back costs, complete front porch replacement and window treatment.


2nd Avenue:
SEIC was able to help a homeowner on 2nd Avenue with major repairs to their home, including a complete roof replacement, new front porch, and bathroom upgrade.


Bertha Street:
Again in collaboration with ADCA, SEIC was able to fund the costs of lead abatement put-back. Repairs to doorways, windows, and stairs were made, along with a kitchen upgrade and a roof replacement.
