Clinton Street:
A home on Clinton Street in the South End was completely rehabbed through SEIC's HARP Grant Program. More to come.

Slingerland Street:
HARP funds aided in the complete rehabilitation of a home on Slingerland Street in the South End. In collaboration with Albany Community Development Agency (ACDA), SEIC was able to help the homeowner with major electrical upgrades, lead abatement put-back costs, complete front porch replacement and window treatment.

2nd Avenue:

SEIC was able to help a homeowner on 2nd Avenue with major repairs to their home, including a complete roof replacement, new front porch, and bathroom upgrade.

Bertha Street:
Again in collaboration with ADCA, SEIC was able to fund the costs of lead abatement put-back. Repairs to doorways, windows, and stairs were made, along with a kitchen upgrade, new hot water boiler and a roof replacement.
